This hotel in the Northern part of Bogota is a quiet and safe haven, close to all the action but lacking direct sunlight. The rooms are clean and comfortable, service is a bit inconsistent, the location is excellent with a touch of upper-class sophistication, and the dining could offer more variety. Good value for the price overall.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were big, very modern, and equipped with a kitchen that was incredibly helpful, especially with babies. The return of the deposit process was smooth, and I loved having my own kitchen area, a luxurious walk-in shower, and a super comfortable bed. The apartment layout allowed for more sunshine, which made the experience even better.
I stayed in a spacious room on the first floor that was big, with two beds, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Initially, the room was in poor shape, but it improved. The hotel is conveniently located near Unicentro mall, restaurants, and entertainment spots. The service was inconsistent, with some staff being attentive and lovely while others struggled with basic tasks. The dining experience was decent but lacked variety. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
